  I had Eco tech come out to my home and installed a used grinder pump with a one year guarantee. When I sold the home 6 months later, I gave the warranty to the new owners. Well they were in the home for 3 weeks and the pump went bad and Eco would not honor the warranty. No where on the warranty did it say - non transferable- the warranty was for the pump, not the owner.
  
  I WOULD NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY COME AND TAKE YOUR PUMP AND YOU END UP USING THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE YOUR PUMP.
